Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager overseeing a team of 15-20 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in the North East Region of the United States; responsible for growing funded deals by partnering with dealers, onboarding and coaching ASMs, and driving adoption of Western Funding's Five Step Sales Process. Focused on dealer enrollment, relationship building, setting performance expectations, reviewing metrics, performing field visits, and delivering quarterly performance reviews. Key skills include cold calling, prospecting, effective presentations, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive selling, process discipline, knowledge of automotive finance, and experience with dealer programs and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with outstanding results in Automotive, Finance and Sales including retail automobile dealerships
- 5-7 year’s previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success
- Previous leadership experience managing a top performing team (PREFERRED)
- College Degree (PREFERRED)
