Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager - German Speaking leads partnership management and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, driving sales growth and retention, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet client objectives. The role oversees territory growth, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, contract negotiations, and performance metrics, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. A strong emphasis on MSP/TSP and Security domains, with proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach), a high level of communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a multi-faceted sales process across a defined geographic area. Requires a bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience; onsite/hybrid work with 0-10% travel, and proficiency in German.
