Job Summary
Leads regional sales team of 4 reps to meet $400-600M annual sales objective in the steel industry; develops forecasts, sets targets, expands into new markets, collaborates with Inside Sales and A/R to manage orderbooks, pricing, and credit; directs sales program aligning with EBITDA and market-share goals; maintains relationships with major accounts, negotiates, and drives strategic growth; requires extensive travel, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and experience in sales leadership and market analysis in industrial/steel sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field from a four-year college or university is required.
- Minimum 10 years sales-related experience with proven results and significantly increased sales volume responsibility.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
