Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will establish, grow, and maintain a strong sales presence in the assigned region. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, conducting sales forecasting, analyzing customer needs, directing sales distribution, advising clients on sales techniques, and delivering sales presentations. The role requires a proven track record in channel sales management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed performance goals. The position involves up to 70% domestic travel and demands proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management in the Gate and Door Operator Installation space
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills
  • Computer literacy required, including intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft applications

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with large national distributors and dealers
  • Access control experience
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system
