Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager who will lead a 2–3 person Business Development Manager team while maintaining a personal sales book. The role is a player-coach position focused on developing reps, setting standards, and driving revenue across a regional territory. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding the team, conducting structured coaching (1:1s, ride-alongs, pipeline reviews), enforcing CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline, identifying skill gaps and creating development plans, aligning with operations on headcount and market priorities, and personally managing a assigned territory with direct outreach, local networking, industry events, and trade shows to convert activity into booked revenue. The role requires maintaining CRM records, ensuring data quality, delivering a seamless client experience from initial contact through project completion, complying with safety, driving, and jobsite requirements, and traveling regularly. The candidate should have 5+ years in field sales or account management, 2+ years of team management experience, familiarity with restoration/construction/insurance ecosystems, strong coaching and negotiation skills, a track record of meeting quotas, a valid driver's license, travel readiness, and proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
