Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads a team of 2-3 Business Development Managers across the region while carrying a personal book of business. This player-coach role involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team, conducting structured 1:1s and pipeline reviews, maintaining CRM hygiene, setting activity standards, and coordinating with operations on headcount and territory design. The role also requires carrying a personal territory and revenue target, sourcing opportunities via direct outreach and industry events, representing Fortify at trade shows, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact through project completion. Key qualifications include 5+ years in field sales or account management and 2+ years of team leadership; experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus; must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
- 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally
- Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
- Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel across the region
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
