Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager who can lead a team of 2-3 Business Development Managers while carrying an individual book of business. This player-coach role focuses on team leadership, pipeline development, meeting personal and team quotas, CRM hygiene, and representing Fortify at industry events. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, territory design, headcount planning, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact through project completion; travel across the region and compliance with safety and jobsite requirements are expected. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field sales or account management, 2+ years of team leadership, and experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
- 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally
- Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
- Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel across the region
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
