Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager who will lead a 2-3-person Business Development Manager team across the region while carrying a personal book of business; a player-coach role focused on developing people, driving pipeline from scratch, and converting activity into booked revenue through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching via 1:1s and ride-alongs, setting activity standards, managing territory and revenue targets, maintaining CRM data quality, coordinating with operations on headcount and market prioritization, and representing the company at trade shows. Requires leadership experience, strong coaching and negotiation skills, travel across the region, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally
  • Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel across the region
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
