Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to generate capital equipment sales to food industry customers across Southern NV, AZ, San Diego (CA) and Inland Empire. Travel ~80% with remote work remaining; must live within 45 minutes of a major airport in listed areas. Responsibilities include prospecting, reporting, quoting, closing, creating and managing travel schedules to maximize customer contacts, preparing proposals/quotes, coordinating with internal teams, leveraging CRM and marketing tools, and contributing to territory business plans and budgets. Requires experience in consultative capital equipment sales, engineering/technical background a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; five+ years in selling large packaging or processing equipment to meat/produce/food-related facilities are ideal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Consultative capital equipment sales experience required
- Engineering or technical experience is a plus
- Five years of experience selling large packaging or processing equipment to meat, produce, or other food-related facilities
