Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Florida’s Natural, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing customers and distributors within the assigned sales region, identifying new opportunities, presenting monthly data-driven plans, developing and executing annual sales plans to meet volume and trade spend targets, engaging national and regional grocery chain accounts, introducing new product innovations, coordinating with the Sales Finance team on contracts and deductions, forecasting for indirect customers, and providing regular performance reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of sales experience (CPG preferred), proficiency with Microsoft products, direct grocery-class selling experience, ability to leverage POS data (Nielsen/IRI), strong initiative and quota attainment history, and travel 15-25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5 years sales experience, preferably in CPG Sales
- Direct selling experience in grocery class of trade
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, communicate and leverage syndicated POS data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
- Ability to travel 15-25%
