Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing existing customers and distributors within the assigned Lake Wales, FL region, identifying new opportunities, developing annual sales plans, executing promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth in the citrus-focused cooperative environment. Responsibilities include cultivating and managing relationships with customers and distributors, presenting new opportunities, using data to optimize performance, and achieving sales and trade spend targets while coordinating with the Sales Finance team on contracts and deductions. Requires 5 years of sales experience, Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft products, and travel up to 25%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years sales experience
  • Direct selling experience in grocery class of trade
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, communicate and leverage syndicated POS and panel data against selling objectives (Nielsen and or IRI)
  • Demonstrated initiative as well as success in achieving personal and team quotas
  • Ability to travel 15-25%
  • Ability to manage accounts at the headquarter level
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
