Job Summary
Regional Sales Head is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and EBITDA growth and market expansion across the assigned geographical region. Manages a distributed team of Sales Managers from multiple locations, ensuring alignment with IDIADA's global objectives while delivering sustained business growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities include account management, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling, overseeing sales managers, supporting executive-level client engagements, developing regional strategies to achieve revenue targets, pricing and margin management, pipeline management and CRM discipline, cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations, and travel up to 50%. Requires 6+ years of B2B sales experience, 3+ years in leadership, a technical automotive background, MBA or equivalent, experience with large strategic accounts and negotiations, Salesforce proficiency, fluency in English, and EU/UK work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience in B2B environments
- 3+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams
- Technical background in automotive engineering or related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and negotiations in global organizations
- SalesForce CRM proficiency
- Fluency in English
- Permanent EU or UK work authorization
