Job Summary
Lead regional commercial sales strategy for the Northwest region, manage and develop Territory Managers, drive achievement of regional sales targets and budgets, collaborate with Market Access to maximize payer reimbursement, oversee field coaching and reporting, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and travel frequently to perform field leadership and coaching duties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred; or equivalent medical sales experience may be substituted
- 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC) launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in launching new products and/or expanding commercial opportunities
- Well-developed leadership skills and ability to influence people at all levels
- Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills
- Travel requirement: Up to 50% - 60% including overnight stays
