Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager driving EPCs channel and direct sales across the US; lead region-specific sales strategy, identify and close opportunities, manage key accounts, collaborate with product/engineering/marketing, forecast and pipeline management, and travel within the territory to engage end-users, system integrators, and distribution partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex technical deals
- Experience managing and growing channel partner networks
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
