Job Summary
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive growth by building relationships and closing deals with Investor-Owned Utilities and large Cooperative and Municipal utilities in the Central U.S. This role encompasses a full sales cycle, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce. You will develop a territory sales plan aligned with company growth goals and partner with marketing on targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of sales experience in the utility or energy technology sector, preferably with a proven track record selling to large U.S. electric utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Successful history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with SaaS highly desirable
- Experience working in a start-up or small company environment
