Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the cybersecurity portfolio, driving adoption of Symantec and Carbon Black, upsell and renewals, and identifying new opportunities to enhance client security postures. Lead portfolio adoption, deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts in collaboration with technical teams and partners. Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue retention and growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales engineering, customer success, and support), and participate in quarterly business reviews. Travel to meet clients is expected. Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a focus on delivering value and ensuring customer satisfaction. Dutch language proficiency is required; hybrid work arrangement in Belgium at the Machelen location.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the cybersecurity or technology sectors
  • Understanding of Symantec and Carbon Black or other solutions (e.g. Crowdstrike, NetSkope, Zscaler, ForcePoint, Fortinet) and their role in a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
  • Fluency in Dutch is required
