Job Summary
Direct Sales and growth initiatives for Europcar Mobility Group within the Eastern European and Middle East Regions, leading a network of GSAs, training and guiding partners, defining regional sales and marketing strategy, pursuing new revenue opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving profitability across multiple brands. Requires international sales experience (EMEA preferred), strong leadership and negotiation skills, ability to travel up to 40%, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce and Google apps is expected; experience in car rental/ hospitality sectors is preferred. The role involves developing and managing regional accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and increasing regional brand awareness through trade shows and partner programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in a similar position (EMEA region preferred)
- Experience in car rental, hotels, or airlines preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to interact with management levels
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Google apps (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
