Job Summary
Formulate and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets by expanding market share through distributor channels. Establish strong relationships with key distributors while providing support, training, and resources to drive growth. Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, then present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Plan and coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Participate in end-user education training sessions and seminars to transfer industry knowledge to retail locations, order desks, and service technicians. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of B2B sales experience, and bilingual English/French proficiency. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, the position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 plus commission eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of sales experience in a B2B manufacturing environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Superb interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and financial acumen
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to travel regularly for work
