Job Summary
TechniBlend is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and implement strategies in the food and beverage equipment industry. Responsibilities include maintaining key client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, refining sales strategies, supporting the ProLead process, leading negotiations, and utilizing Salesforce for opportunity management. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and experience in consultative selling. A willingness to travel 30-50% nationally is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading sales efforts of capital equipment
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system
- Track record of successfully prospecting and developing new accounts
- Ability to translate client needs into concrete solutions
- Experience in setting product/project scope parameters and negotiating contracts
- Willingness to travel nationally at least 30-50% of the time

- Experience in the food and beverage equipment industry
- Experience in developing sales channels and generating revenue in new markets
- Demonstrated ability to effectively sell ideas, concepts, and programs
- Proficiency in consultative, solution-based selling
Additional Requirements
- Candidate needs to be based in Nj, NY or GA managing customers in multiple specified states
