Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for establishing and growing the sales presence within the assigned US territory, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers, directing channel development to achieve quotas and KPIs, delivering sales and technical training to partners, and representing the company at trade shows. Responsibilities include direct sales forecasting, market analysis, budget adherence, competitive intelligence, and managing an independent rep organization. Requires 5–7 years of channel sales experience in gate/door operator installation, CRM/ERP proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 70%. Provides strategic sales plans, monitors performance, and supports product ideas and features based on market needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management (rep groups, distributors, accounts) in the Gate and Door Operator Installation space
