Job Summary
Execute sales strategy and targets by managing assigned territories across the Visayas region through continuous team development and motivation. Evaluate dealer and end-user market potential, develop placement strategies, and establish professional relationships with distributors while conducting biannual business reviews. Monitor pricing consistency, manage accounts receivable, and oversee third-party technical sales providers. Supervise direct subordinates, build individual development plans, and integrate regional KRA performance reviews. Participate in corporate initiatives including PL, PPM, ISO, HACCP, 5S/GMP, and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
- At least 5 years working experience in a related industry in an RSM capacity
- At least 4 years sales experience in the distribution business
