Regional Sales Manager - CVMD

Regional Sales Manager for CVMD (Adult Vaccines) responsible for driving business impact and vaccine access through accountable management of key accounts and engagement with CVMD healthcare professionals. Orchestrates cross-functional collaboration to ensure availability, endorsement, recommendation and sale of Adult Vaccines within allocated accounts. Demonstrates mastery of disease, product, and market dynamics; engages CVMD specialists (Cardio metabolic focus) and utilizes value-based and IMPACT/GDM selling approaches to expand adult vaccination opportunities. Develops strategic account plans, delivers evidence-based data tailored to specialist needs, sequences messaging across multi-call engagements, maps stakeholders, and coordinates end-to-end patient pathways from prescription to administration. Drives omni-channel engagement, leverages enablers (e.g., nurses), and ensures access, availability and external expert engagement while maintaining alignment with internal governance and policies. Maintains updated product/disease knowledge and stays current on CVMD goals, territory dynamics, and healthcare system contexts; demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive ownership mentality and ability to influence without direct authority.
