Job Summary
This Regional Sales Manager position at DMF Lighting is focused on driving growth and building customer relationships in the North East U.S. territory within the luxury residential custom integrator channel. Successful candidates will have a track record in strategic sales leadership and consultative selling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the lighting, residential technology, or building products industries
- Experience working with custom integrators, rep firms, and channel sales strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of lighting products (fixtures, lamps, or controls)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated consultative selling ability and customer-first approach
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time across the North East U.S.
