Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager (Control), you will expand Nice’s market share in Home Management, Audio, Power, and Sun Shades through strategic sales planning and relationship building with dealers and distributors. You will implement bold sales strategies, forecast sales, analyze market trends, and deliver sales training. Your role involves representing Nice at trade shows, monitoring competitor activities, and providing actionable insights. You must utilize strong organizational and negotiation skills, and demonstrate success in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven success in channel sales management in the Security, Access Control, or Custom Installation space
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large national retailers (e.g., Best Buy)
- Security and/or CEDIA experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite
