Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager, Commercial Term Lending for the Northeast region at JPMorgan Chase. Lead and develop a team of Client Sales Managers, cultivate new and existing relationships with multifamily property owners, management companies, industry peers, and internal partners. Responsible for recruitment, coaching, and talent development, achieving annual production goals and marketing plans, understanding acquisition criteria for various CTL financing programs, and loan structuring in collaboration with credit partners. Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and conferences; mentor internal programs and interns; drive growth in Treasury Services and Agency lending in the Central/Northeast market. Will be based in Midtown Manhattan or Uniondale, NY, and perform full-time in-office duties. Must have substantial experience in sales/origination and management within commercial real estate lending, with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years sales/origination experience
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Business or similar background preferred
- Strong analytic skills in sales and management
- Working knowledge of and connections within the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
