Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Services/Education role with MasterCorp, Inc. responsible for driving profitable sales growth through strategic market development, account expansion, and strong customer relationship management across the facility services/hospitality sector. Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, develops deep understanding of pricing and service delivery, identifies growth opportunities, and partners with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and business performance. Based in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, or Southern California with frequent overnight travel; requires leadership, collaboration with operations, proficiency in Salesforce, proposal development, negotiation, and the ability to manage a multi-state sales region. Travel requirements up to 70% and a focus on pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver value-added solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of sales leadership and/or training experience
- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Travel willingness and ability to travel up to 70%
