Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager oversees Commercial Print sales, service, and distribution within the Midwest, leading a team of sales representatives to exceed revenue and profitability goals. Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, utilizing consultative selling to understand account needs, managing field teams, recruiting and training new sales reps, maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and building high-level relationships with clients. Travel to client sites 20-30% is expected. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of sales management experience, strong communication and writing skills for proposals, knowledge of printing industry, and a valid driver's license. Location-focused role near Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; and Cleveland, OH with hybrid remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or an equivalent number of years experience in a Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager or other relevant area of work focused on sales and sales management activities
- Requires very good understanding of sales and sales management principles, which is typically seen with 4+ years of sales management experience
- Must have a valid drivers license.
