Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Print in the Midwest. Leads a sales team, develops annual business plans, and drives revenue and profitability through consultative selling, account development, and new business opportunities. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising sales representatives, maintaining multi-level client relationships, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new products/services. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) and 4+ years of sales management experience; experience in the printing industry and proficiency in communication, forecasting, and Microsoft Office. Travel 20-30% to client sites; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of sales management experience
- Experience with print and/or print-related services desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals/presentations
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and management
- Must have a valid driver's license
