Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Facility Maintenance & Exterior Services

Regional Sales Manager responsible for expanding a multi-site exterior facility services portfolio across the Mountain West, shifting from per-service bids to bundled, high-margin recurring contracts. Drive multi-site maintenance contract growth with large-scale retail and industrial portfolios, while leading aggregated-solution selling to streamline client operations and achieve uniform quality standards. Build and maintain direct relationships with Regional Facility Managers and Directors of Construction within Tier-1 commercial real estate firms, and architect bundled service packages that maximize share-of-wallet by integrating emergency services with seasonal recurring maintenance. Manage end-to-end sales processes—from sophisticated lead generation and site auditing to final contract negotiation and operational hand-off—and provide high-fidelity revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility to executive leadership through CRM. Ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial sales leader with experience in exterior facility services, paving, or multi-site landscape maintenance, with a proven track record of managing sizable regional sales budgets and closing complex, multi-property agreements for long-term recurring revenue. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path toward senior executive leadership as the platform expands nationally.
