Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for Colorado in a remote-first environment, responsible for selling strategic security and observability solutions to large enterprises. Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and articulate Cribl’s value proposition from engineers to CxO level. Forecast accurately, hit quotas, and drive territory growth while coordinating with channels and cross-functional teams. Requires a track record of selling into Fortune-level organizations, experience with MEDDIC, and ability to land and expand seven-figure deals; familiarity with startup dynamics and enterprise cybersecurity/IT audiences is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience selling into Fortune level organizations
- Experience selling to CIOs/CISOs and IT leaders
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals
- Experience with channel-led sales motions
- Background using MEDDIC
- Experience with early-stage startups (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
