Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving regional revenue across multiple markets, leading District Sales Managers and Sales Leadership teams, coordinating with Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Finance to improve sales effectiveness, and delivering measurable growth. Responsibilities include achieving regional revenue, lead-to-sale conversion, and customer-satisfaction goals; coaching leaders through KPI reviews, pipeline audits, and field ride-alongs; optimizing lead allocation and appointment conversion; identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions; building a regional talent pipeline and leading training programs; monitoring market trends and providing strategic recommendations; ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline health and revenue projections; fostering accountability and engagement across the sales organization; and partnering with Operations and Installation to deliver a seamless customer experience from design through project completion. Qualifications emphasize 7+ years of sales leadership, 3+ years managing managers, experience in home-improvement or in-home sales, coaching on pipeline management and performance, recruiting support for commissioned/remote teams, strong organizational and communication skills, data-driven decision making, travel 25-40%, and a college degree or equivalent experience. The role requires full-time onsite work in the City of Industry area with a compensation range of $150,000–$180,000 per year.
