Job Summary
Lead regional sales strategies and drive revenue growth across New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, and Tennessee by building partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to Branch Managers and Outside Sales teams while managing forecasting, succession planning, and talent development. Leverage CRM data to evaluate trends, assess branch performance, and implement actions that support regional objectives. Maintain a visible presence through regular branch visits, customer meetings, training, and industry events to reinforce organizational priorities and foster a culture of accountability. Requires extensive travel, overnight trips, and residence near a major airport.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, distribution, manufacturing, or a related commercial environment
- Experience leading and developing teams in a multi-location or geographically dispersed environment
- Experience leading the execution of sales strategies and driving business growth through customer development, market expansion, and performance improvement
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, forecasting tools, and performance management processes
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including regular overnight travel
- Residence within reasonable proximity to a major airport
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel by automobile throughout the assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience leading multi-location operations, territories, or regional business units
- Experience within water treatment, industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction-related industries, building products, or other relationship-driven business environments
