Job Summary
Collaborate with the National Sales Director and Chief Revenue Officer to develop regional sales strategies and drive targeted new customer acquisition. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of field sales professionals and branch managers to execute sales and production goals while managing budgets and resources effectively. Generate detailed sales plans, targets, and metrics for branches, provide accurate regional forecasting, and manage the full sales funnel process within the company CRM system. Use strong interpersonal skills to develop key account relationships, share best practices, and communicate market trends to internal teams. Report to the Director of Sales with a focus on achieving budgeted goals in sales, service, and cost control.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record of leading sales teams and creating great customer experiences for customers and their teams
- 5+ years' relevant work experience
- An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture
- Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills
- Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and back-end computer systems
- Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and delivering stellar service to our customers
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts
- Proven planning and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft office
