Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for selling the Noah Medical Galaxy System within the Carolinas region. Own the commercial success from initial engagement through installation, engaging surgeons, administrators, and economic buyers in person, building a strong pipeline, and coordinating with Clinical Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Engineering, Contracting, and Field Service to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Focus on aligning value, accelerating the complex hospital capital sales process, and developing market analytics to create clinical and administrative champions while traveling approximately 70% of the time and representing Noah Medical professionally in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience selling capital or medical devices into the C-Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/sales processes simultaneously
- Familiarity managing a sales pipeline with the aid of a CRM
- Comfort traveling approximately 70% of the time
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
