Job Summary
Promote Det-Tronics fire and gas detection solutions to key customers, end users, and channel partners while executing regional sales strategies to strengthen market presence in Northern and Southern Canada and Alaska. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by developing account plans that support long-term profitable growth. Manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal submission and order acquisition, partnering with the estimation team to develop accurate quotations and customer presentations. Drive product specification and vendor approvals with targeted end users, monitor industry trends to provide actionable market intelligence, and deliver timely reporting on sales activity and market developments. Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director and involves close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
