Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. Oversees the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts—within a defined geographic territory. Requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac’s logistics solutions. Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events is expected. Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills to manage the full sales cycle and onboard new clients to meet volume commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
