Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to lead profitably grow Eurofins EAG's sourced revenue in Northern California; build customer relationships, translate voice of the customer to operations; travel 50%+ domestically and internationally; identify opportunities, develop strategies, follow established sales processes; require BS in engineering/materials science; experience with semiconductor/aerospace/medical devices; strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and independence; manage multiple functions in a dynamic science-focused lab-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in engineering, materials science or related field
- Prior experience in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device etc.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient communicator and listener
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Strong analysis and judgment skills
- Able to work individually and independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented
