Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales in the Central US region for Kishigo/Bunzl, managing large accounts, and collaborating with manufacturer reps, distributors, and buying groups. Leads customer conversations to establish value, drives forecasting and pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics, negotiates programs and pricing, promotes product innovations, delivers outstanding customer service, coaches sales partners, and travels up to 50% to support customer visits, tradeshows, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or professional selling preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years industrial sales experience
- Knowledge in safety products a plus
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
