Job Summary
Lead sales efforts in roofing and waterproofing within a high-potential territory and product line. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue; build and maintain relationships with specifiers, architects, contractors, and construction professionals; identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Utilize CRM tools and KPI reporting to track sales activity, pipeline growth, and performance metrics. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to showcase roofing and waterproofing solutions; set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities; collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution. Requires a persuasive, product-oriented approach with strong business acumen, proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales and technical experience in building materials, with strong engagement in the specification community.
