Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager for Torq, you will be responsible for positioning security solutions within strategic prospects and developing comprehensive account strategies. Your role will involve selling a no-code security automation product, executing against a territory coverage plan, and consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets. You will develop long-term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners, while orchestrating complex deals across diverse business stakeholders. To succeed, you should have 5-10+ years of sales experience, particularly in security software, with a strong track record in new business development.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software
- Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Strong executive presence and excellent listening skills
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICC
