Job Summary
As the Regional Sales Manager at Bradken, you will be accountable for driving sales growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and developing strategic supply agreements. Key responsibilities include executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing regional sales budgets, and leading potential future teams of Account Managers. The role requires strong commercial acumen, sales leadership, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, along with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Ideal candidates will hold a formal qualification in Engineering, Mining, Business, or Trade, and have demonstrated experience in mining or associated markets.
Required Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Engineering, Mining, Business or Trade
- Demonstrated years of experience in mining or associated markets
- Technical sales experience in industrial or processing products
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to export/import requirements (desirable)
- Trade, Mining or Extractive Metallurgy background highly regarded
Additional Requirements
- Candidates will be required to complete a psychometric assessment
