Job Summary
Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies for Bradken's Fixed Plant product portfolio while managing key customer relationships and account plans. Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow market share, providing market intelligence, forecasts, and pipeline reporting through Salesforce. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to deliver tailored solutions, support product development initiatives, and lead improvement initiatives that enhance business performance and customer outcomes. Achieve regional sales and gross margin targets by interpreting engineering drawings and communicating technical solutions to mining and mineral processing operations. Based in Port Hedland, this remote role requires regular travel within the region and a background in engineering or mining to drive profitable growth and solve complex operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- A background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade or a related discipline
- Experience in a technical sales role within mining or associated industries
- Knowledge of grinding mills, crushers and mineral processing operations
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate technical solutions
- Experience developing sales strategies, budgets and growth plans
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- A willingness to travel regularly within the region
- A Trade, Mining or Extractive Metallurgical background and exposure to export/import requirements
- The legal right to work in the country where this role is based
- Completion of a psychometric assessment
- Completion of a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
