Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand market share in key product lines. You will develop regional sales plans, advise on product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction using Salesforce for reporting. This role demands a strong customer focus and strategic mindset, with requirements including a formal engineering or trade background, technical sales experience, and understanding of Grinding Mills processes. Bilingual skills in English/Indonesian or English/Mongolian are preferred, and frequent travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Formal Engineering/Mining or a Trade background
- Able to understand Engineering Drawings
- High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Fixed Plant process
- Work-related experience in Mining and associated markets
- Willing to travel
- Commercially astute
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Technical sales position
- Trade, Mining, or Extractive Metallurgical background
- Bilingual in English/Indonesia
- Bilingual in English/Mongolian
