Job Summary
Remote Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth in the Southeast region for submersible pumps and motors used in groundwater applications. Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders; provide technical expertise and support including product selection, installation, and troubleshooting; conduct market analysis and report to senior management; train customers and distributors on product features and applications; participate in trade fairs for lead generation; collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pump or motor industry, with a focus on groundwater applications
- Experience working for a manufacturer or distributor selling into the groundwater/well pump market
- Some technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- proficiency in CRM software
- Willingness to travel 60–70% across the region
