Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to grow Lakeshore’s K–12 education market in the East Bay. Responsibilities include securing new and repeat business by building relationships with school districts and educational programs, supporting needs with internal sales resources, consistently calling on customers within the assigned territory, collaborating with RVP/RD to shape sales strategies, targeting key customers to uncover needs, and representing Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences. Travel within the territory with 2–3 overnight stays per week is required. Candidates should have 3+ years of sales experience; a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Ability to work from home and travel as needed, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms are expected.
