Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a 10-person independent sales-rep team across the Northeast to meet sales targets and grow market share. Develop and execute sales strategies, coach and mentor reps, build relationships with key distribution accounts, engineers, and contractors, and support manufacturers’ representatives. Responsible for hire/mentoring, training, and monitoring sales metrics with 50% travel. Requires experience in technically-oriented product sales, bid/spec/new construction exposure, and proficiency with Salesforce/CRM.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience selling a technically-oriented product
- Experience selling in the bid/spec, new construction environment is ideal
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM experience is a plus
