Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for strategic sales leadership across regional accounts, distributors, and independent representatives. Develops and monitors plans to achieve top-line sales and gross profit growth, drives annual sales forecasts, and leads coaching and performance management for sales teams. Applies market/product expertise to position Avnet Abacus as the distributor of choice, conducts weekly opportunity and design reviews, and participates in quarterly business reviews. Requires travel to customer sites (approximately 75% of the time), strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ability to manage budgets and P&L while aligning with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
