Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for generating revenue by establishing and maintaining relationships with independent agencies in Southern Georgia, with focus on Savannah, Valdosta, and Albany. Tasks include initiating agency contacts, identifying decision-makers, communicating product offerings, and managing growth opportunities. Expect 16-20 unique in-person sales calls per week, travel to meet clients, and maintaining detailed notes. Education requirement is an associate degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Candidates should have 3 years of field sales experience with a proven sales track record, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be prepared for up to 50% travel. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; CRM familiarity and strong presentation/negotiation skills are valued. Poised to work within Georgia territory and achieve defined commitments with measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of proven experience in field sales or a related role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Associate degree in business, Communications, Marketing, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 220 license preferred but not required
- Bilingual fluency preferred but not required: English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related technologies
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within the assigned territory
