Job Summary
Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth within medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals and supporting onboarding of new clients to meet volume commitments. Manage daily account activities and deliverables while collaborating with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy. Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to prepare and present business reviews. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of sales experience, with a starting base pay range of $84,000 - $105,000.
Required Qualifications
