Job Summary
RSM Associate at BMO InvestorLine focuses on converting new business into funded client relationships and owning the onboarding journey end-to-end. Responsibilities include delivering proactive sales support to sales teams and partners, managing client onboarding documentation and account opening processes, liaising with clients post-sale to collect outstanding documentation, coordinating onboarding progress, coaching Private Bankers on onboarding requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with Private Bankers and other partners to drive sales results. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree; fluency in French and English is an asset. Knowledge of products, regulatory requirements, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience is essential.
